Progress Dashboard

  • The Gas business were striving for ISO55000 accreditation, involving multiple teams in the process.

The wider company were kept informed of progress via regular intranet updates, with this graphic being a main visual on the landing page.

The individual images below were used as topic titles on the intranet updates.

  • 2019 - 2020

  • Adobe Illustrator
    Adobe Photoshop

  • The ISO accreditation project coincided with Covid lockdowns. With staff working from home, relaying updates had to be done creatively using a range of media; to assist with this an interactive infographic / dashboard was also created - see ‘interactives’ topic for this.

I was also involved in the change management for this project.

Example of intranet pages, with graphics, can be provided on request.

Graphics were created using company brand colours, fonts and icon elements where possible.

Change Management Wheel

  • The company ‘Change Management Framework’ (CMF) designed as a wheel, for use in CMF guides and toolkits.

The wheel was shown in 4 different completion phases throughout the guides - see images 2-4.

Office ‘Culture Club’ graphics

Office Values

Office Culture ‘Suggestions Box’

  • The office ‘Culture Club’ wanted to hear from colleagues whilst providing a level of free speech and anonymity.

The suggestions box was placed in the well used, communal kitchen and weekly themes proposed to the office. Staff could anonymously enter suggestions which were read at the end of each week and actioned where suitable.

  • 2019

  • Adobe Photoshop
Paperclips, thicker card and chocolate box.

  • The suggestions box was based on a popular chocolate box design and personlised to suit.

The brief, which can be provided on request, provided all wording and suggested placements.

The final character looks rather alarmed from using the original box cut out, and the text would benefit from being lighter - but overall it was a very used box for a time and very much appreciated by the Culture Club. It was also requested to be used by other offices.

  • A single graphic / logo to encompass the ‘Culture Club’ refreshed values and their interpretation of how to ‘live’ them.

Used during office wide comms sessions, team building and social events.

These values were replaced during a whole company value refresh in 2022.

  • 2020

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • The ‘Culture Club’ wanted to represent individuals’ contributions to the collective ethos of the office, via the woven strands.

The design evolution is shown in images 2-6.

Example of intranet page, with graphic, can be provided on request.

Graphics have been created using company brand colours and fonts.
